Private residence · Lefkada
Πτυχή — fold.
A long, quiet residence conceived as a fold in the terrain. The building follows the contour of the hillside and appears as a continuous stone line beneath a planted roof. Living spaces open fully to a sheltered terrace, allowing the house to remain visually low while extending toward the sea.

Three villas · Boutique hotel · Lefkada
Γλαυκή — a shifting blue, green and silver colour.
Glafki is conceived as a collection of three villas forming an intimate boutique hotel. Terraced into the hillside, blue-green stone walls create deep passages, sheltered courtyards and rooms that frame the Ionian horizon. As daylight moves across the masonry, the architecture shifts from cool grey-green to bronze and near-black.

Residential estate · Lefkada
Μετόχι — a rural estate within cultivated land.
Metochi House is designed as a small hamlet rather than a single structure. A family of stone volumes, garden walls, terraces and pergolas creates a gradual sequence of outdoor rooms. The architecture feels accumulated over time, giving the estate the intimacy and irregularity of a traditional Ionian settlement.

Κατώι — the grounded stone level of a traditional Lefkadite house.
Katoi House reinterprets the rural architecture of Lefkada through stone, shaded verandas and planted courtyards. Its name refers to the robust lower level of the island’s traditional houses: a place connected to earth, storage, making and agricultural life. That sense of weight and permanence becomes the foundation of a contemporary home.

Approach
Our work begins with the character of a place. Topography, climate, local traditions and materiality shape each project from the outset, allowing architecture to grow naturally from its context. Rather than imposing a fixed language, we seek an architecture that feels inevitable; quietly contemporary and deeply connected to place.
Every project begins with the landscape. Topography, climate, orientation and views shape the architecture before form is considered, allowing each building to emerge naturally from its surroundings.
We work with materials that reveal their nature through use and time. Their texture, weight and weathering become part of the architectural experience.
Tradition is understood as accumulated knowledge rather than a style to replicate. Local craft, vernacular principles and ways of building inform a contemporary architecture that is rooted in memory while looking forward.
